近日,集團(tuán)觀摩團(tuán)隊共赴廣西百色平果市,深入S215平果都陽至煉沙段公路改建工程施工現(xiàn)場,參加泡沫瀝青冷再生施工工藝深度觀摩與交流活動。此次活動旨在系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)該工藝在公路改建中的實際應(yīng)用,為公司在綠色道路養(yǎng)護(hù)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)研發(fā)與工程實踐積累前沿經(jīng)驗。

Cold recycling technology of foam asphalt is an environmental protection technology that recycles old asphalt pavement and cement stabilized base materials. This technology makes hot asphalt expand to form foam by injecting normal temperature water, and mixes and spreads with old materials at normal temperature to form a structural layer with excellent performance. Its highlights are not only reflected in significant green and low-carbon benefits - compared with traditional processes, it can save costs by about 25%, reduce energy consumption by more than 60%, and reduce carbon emissions by more than 80%, truly realizing the construction concept of "waste to resources"; More reflected in its forward-looking and systematic technology. 觀摩團(tuán)隊實地考察了S215線嚴(yán)重病害路段施工全過程。現(xiàn)場施工組織科學(xué),采用了“分段循環(huán)、雙向協(xié)同”的作業(yè)模式。施工前,依據(jù)病害檢測結(jié)果對舊路面進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確銑刨,為再生層提供平整基底。施工中,各類大型設(shè)備協(xié)同作業(yè)流暢出色:維特根380型銑刨機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)舊料回收與現(xiàn)場拌和,福格勒攤鋪機(jī)實現(xiàn)混合料的合理攤鋪,悍馬壓路機(jī)則進(jìn)行及時有效的壓實,輔以瀝青保溫運(yùn)輸車確保泡沫瀝青的溫度穩(wěn)定,形成了緊密銜接的機(jī)械化流水作業(yè)線。整個施工過程管控有序,每日可推進(jìn)300至500米,銑刨、拌和、攤鋪、壓實等工序環(huán)環(huán)相扣;得益于泡沫瀝青混合料的特性,攤鋪后可立即壓實,養(yǎng)生時間短,壓實結(jié)束后便能開放輕交通,出色大減輕了對現(xiàn)有道路交通的影響。
The observation team conducted an on-site inspection of the entire construction process of the severely damaged section of the S215 line. The on-site construction organization is scientific and adopts a "segmented cycle, two-way collaboration" operation mode. Before construction, the old road surface should be precisely milled based on the results of disease detection to provide a smooth foundation for the regeneration layer. During the construction, all kinds of large-scale equipment work together smoothly and efficiently: Wittgen 380 milling machine is responsible for the recycling of old materials and on-site mixing, Vogler paver is responsible for the accurate paving of mixture, Hummer roller is responsible for timely and effective compaction, and asphalt insulation transport vehicles are used to ensure the temperature stability of foam asphalt, forming a closely connected mechanized flow line. The entire construction process is controlled in an orderly manner, with a daily advancement of 300 to 500 meters. The processes of milling, mixing, paving, and compaction are interrelated; Thanks to the characteristics of foam asphalt mixture, it can be compacted immediately after paving. The curing time is short, and light traffic can be opened after compaction, greatly reducing the impact on existing road traffic.
