粉料撒布車的作用及施工優勢有哪些？

一、作用
1、 Function
1、撒布車作為建設高等公路路基穩定土粉料撒鋪的專用設備，廣泛應用于公路、鐵路、機場路 基施工中的水泥、白灰等各種粉料的撒鋪，配合就地冷再生設備替代人工撒鋪水泥翻新加固舊 路面。

1、根據施工數據統計，1名駕駛員駕駛該撒布車每天可均勻撒鋪2萬平方米的水泥，約合水泥重 量400噸（每平方20公斤），消耗燃油費用400元。粗略計算，撒鋪成本僅為0.02元/平方米。而 采用人工撒鋪成本約0.5元/平方米。20人每天的撒鋪量多也就5000平方米。

2、人工撒鋪均勻度很難達到施工要求，而且對環境污染嚴重。做粉料撒鋪工作的工人平均年齡 在50歲以上，在不封閉或者半封閉施工現場人員安全不能保證。用撒布車施工確保安全。
