路面冷再生機的組成介紹

一般來說，路面長時間經受重型交通，會導致路基損壞。為了消除這種損壞，需要對整個路面進行結構性修理。路面冷再生機將銑刨料全部進行從頭使用，加之其經濟的處理方式，使得采用泡沫瀝青進行冷再生施工成為一種開創性解決方案，終到達環保而經濟的效果。
Generally speaking, the pavement will be damaged by heavy traffic for a long time. In order to eliminate this damage, the whole pavement needs to be structurally repaired. The road cold recycling machine has used all kinds of milling materials from scratch. Combined with its economic processing mode, the cold recycling construction of foamed asphalt has become a pioneering solution, and ultimately achieves the environmental protection and economic effect.
路面冷再生機的組成和作業原理
Composition and operation principle of pavement cold regenerator
組成：路面冷再生機是瀝青路面冷再生施工中的首要設備，一般由 動力體系、傳動體系、作業設備、噴灑體系和操作操控體系組成。
Composition: pavement cold recycling machine is the primary equipment in asphalt pavement cold recycling construction. It is generally composed of power system, transmission system, operation equipment, spraying system and operation control system.
作業原理：路面冷再生機向前行進時，轉子向上旋轉銑刨原路面資料，同時， 水經過軟管從路面冷再生機銜接的水車中輸送過來，并在路面冷再生機的攪拌倉中噴灑。水的輸送量經過微處理器操控的泵送體系準確操控，以到達需要的含水量。銑刨轉子將水與銑刨料充沛攪拌。液體穩定劑，例如熱瀝青 (冷再生機自帶泡沫瀝青發泡設備，可將熱瀝青加熱到160- 180 °C，與少量水混合發泡)可經過專門規劃的噴灑嘴被噴灑到攪拌腔；粉狀穩定劑如水泥需按規劃增加量事先灑布在路面冷再生機前的路面上，路面冷再生機將粉狀穩定劑與再生料和水一次性攪拌。如遇再生層原級配不良的情況，可在再生前將所缺少的部分集料灑布在 路面上，經過與舊料攪拌來改善原路面資料的級配。
Operation principle: when the pavement cold regenerator moves forward, the rotor rotates upward to mill the original pavement data. At the same time, the water is transported from the water truck connected with the pavement cold regenerator through the hose and sprayed in the mixing bin of the pavement cold regenerator. The delivery volume of water is accurately controlled by the microprocessor-controlled pumping system to reach the required water content. The milling rotor will fully mix the water with the milling material. Liquid stabilizer, such as hot asphalt (cold recycling machine with foam asphalt foaming equipment, can be heated to 160-180 degrees C hot asphalt, mixing with a small amount of water) can be sprayed to the mixing chamber through a specially designed spray nozzle. Powdery stabilizer such as cement shall be sprinkled on the pavement in front of the pavement cold regenerator according to the planned increase. The pavement cold regenerator will mix the powdery stabilizer with recycled materials and water at one time. If the original gradation of the recycled layer is poor, the missing part of the aggregate can be sprinkled on the pavement before regeneration, and the gradation of the original pavement data can be improved by mixing with the old material.
路面冷再生機的施工辦法在全球范圍內已得到遍及認可，它在瀝青路面的修理方面受到了路途建設部門和修建公司越來越多的關注。
