冷再生機施工工藝沒有地域限制，各地的瀝再路面均可使用此種工藝。據(jù)測算，若推廣使用，一個地級市應配置3-5臺。作為歐美發(fā)達地區(qū)已得到成熟應用的機型的，在國內保有量卻如此地低，原因有多方面，進口機型昂貴的價格應該是主要原因之一。
The construction process of cold regenerator has no regional restrictions, and this process can be used for asphalt pavement all over the country. It is estimated that if it is popularized, a prefecture level city should be equipped with 3-5 sets. As a mature model in developed regions in Europe and America, the domestic ownership is so low for many reasons, and the high price of imported models should be one of the main reasons.
冷再生機的工作裝置是安裝有大量專用銑刨刀的銑刨拌和轉子。機器在舊路面上沿工作面行駛，轉子下降到設定深度，高速旋轉，銑刨并破碎拌和原路面材料（包括面層和基層），同時噴水系統(tǒng)根據(jù)行駛速度及銑刨深度，從伴隨的水車中抽水，向工作裝置罩殼內自動噴灑定量的水。
The working device of the cold regenerator is a milling mixing rotor equipped with a large number of special milling cutters. The machine runs along the working face on the old road, the rotor drops to the set depth, rotates at high speed, milling and crushing the raw road materials (including surface course and base course). At the same time, the water spraying system draws water from the accompanying water truck according to the driving speed and milling depth, and automatically sprays a certain amount of water into the cover of the working device.
水的輸送量通過微處理器控制的泵送系統(tǒng)精 確控制。銑刨轉子將水與銑刨料充分拌和均勻。液體穩(wěn)定劑，例如熱瀝青（冷再生機可選配乳化瀝青噴灑裝置）可通過專門設計的噴嘴將乳化瀝青噴灑到工作裝置罩殼內；粉狀穩(wěn)定劑，如水泥，可按設計添加量事先撒布在再生機工作面上，再生機將粉狀穩(wěn)定劑與路面和水一次性破碎并拌和均勻。
The delivery of water is accurately controlled by the microprocessor-controlled pumping system. The milling rotor shall fully mix the water and milling materials evenly. Liquid stabilizers, such as hot asphalt (the cold regenerator can be equipped with emulsified asphalt spraying device), can spray emulsified asphalt into the working device housing through specially designed nozzles; Powdery stabilizer, such as cement, can be distributed on the working face of the regenerator according to the designed addition amount. The regenerator will crush and mix the powdery stabilizer with the pavement and water at one time.
