冷再生機租賃廠家表示，每天作業后應該清除瀝青設備內的殘余水泥混凝土，使拌刀磨損減小，延長了拌刀使用壽命;清除整機所有器件的塵土，對潤滑部位加注黃油，使整機潤滑部件的潤滑情況良好，減小了易損件的磨損，從而減少了因磨損而出現的機械故障;檢查各緊固件及易損件，發現問題及時予以解決，使有些故障排除在未出現以前，做到防患于未然;能堅持每班保養，瀝青設備使用壽命平均可延長工作時間800h，拌刀可延長600h。
