以開展20cm厚混凝土就地冷再生為例，混凝土使用量5%，約再造5000平方米，每日要用混凝土量115噸，花費比較如下：

本推算假設(shè)了混凝土使用量相同，效率一樣等前提，實際上在真實的運用過程中粉料撒布車還會存有以下兩方面的優(yōu)點：

1、機器設(shè)備灑布與再生機同步，進而減小了混凝土的損失，通常較人工灑布能夠降低0.5%的混凝土消耗量，即用人工灑布時混凝土實際上控制使用量要較理論摻入量提升1%，而用機器設(shè)備灑布控制提升0.5%即可；

2. The spraying efficiency of machinery and equipment is higher than that of labor. The total area of spraying per hour is 4000 square meters, which can supply 5 sets of cold regeneration at the same time. Due to the improvement of efficiency, the cost of mechanical equipment and labor in the unit area will be greatly reduced to save costs for customers.
