Traditional hot recycling or excavation and repaving not only generates a large amount of construction waste (milling waste) that is difficult to handle, but also requires the consumption of huge amounts of fuel to heat asphalt, emitting large amounts of greenhouse gases and harmful fumes. Cold recycling machines operate at room temperature without heating, fundamentally eliminating the emission of asphalt fumes. According to relevant authoritative data, compared to traditional hot mixing processes, cold recycling technology can reduce carbon emissions by about 70% to 98% and save more than 60% of heating energy.

More importantly, it achieves the complete closed-loop utilization of old pavement materials. There is no waste material to be landfilled, occupying land, nor is there any need for new materials to be quarried, damaging the natural environment.
